Description
Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager to drive product development for stablecoin-enabled and Web3 payment solutions in Hong Kong.
This role will identify, design, and launch new payment capabilities that connect stablecoin ecosystems with Mastercard’s global network, acceptance footprint, digitization, and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Discovery: Define the product vision, principles, and roadmap for stablecoin and Web3 payment solutions in Hong Kong, aligned with Mastercard’s global strategy and local market needs.
- Product Development & Delivery: Own end-to-end product development from concept to launch and iteration.
- Ecosystem & Partnership Leadership: Lead partnerships with stablecoin issuers, wallet providers, exchanges, banks, and fintechs to design joint solutions leveraging Mastercard capabilities.
- Regulatory & Risk Collaboration: Partner with local regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet relevant requirements.
- Leveraging Mastercard Network, Digitization & Security: Incorporate Mastercard assets to enable safe and scalable stablecoin flows.
- Go-to-Market Enablement & Lifecycle Management: Partner with Sales, BD, and Marketing on launch plans.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
- Proven track record shipping B2B/B2B2C platform products.
- Strong understanding of payment flows, digital assets, and stablecoins.
- Ability to collaborate with regulators and compliance stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building products involving tokenization, digital identity, fraud/risk systems, or secure transaction platforms.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong’s regulatory environment related to digital assets/payments.
- Experience with smart contracts and/or blockchain integration patterns.
- Background working with large-scale networks, schemes, or global payment ecosystems.

- Product discovery, PRDs, user journeys, prioritization frameworks.
- Agile delivery, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management.
- Platform thinking, commercial acumen, strong judgment for risk, compliance, and operational resiliency.
- High proficiency in both English and Cantonese speaking.
