Description
We are looking for a student delivery driver to join our team in Hamm.
Must-haves
- Fluent German language skills
- Ability to lift up to 110kg with a colleague to the fourth floor
- Class B driving license with manual transmission for at least two years
The Hiring Process The delivery fitness round takes about 2 hours. We start with a welcome, safety briefing, and a short introduction to the team.
Then we give you the opportunity to show your smile and skills. We simulate your potential future workday with washing machines! It consists of three parts:
- A lifting test: We check if you can move weights safely with the correct technique.
- An obstacle course: Together with a colleague, you carry a washing machine through an obstacle course. We pay attention to your strength, technique, communication, and teamwork.
- Stair climbing: Together with a Coolblue employee, you carry a washing machine up and down the stairs. We focus on endurance and safety in tight spaces, similar to those we encounter with our customers.
Why Work with Us?
- Be physically active and stay fit by delivering and connecting washing machines and refrigerators.
- Really delight customers with your smile. You have all the freedom, time, and space to do so.
- Have fun every day: drive new routes with your buddies and sing along to the best hits.
What to Bring
- Identification and work permit (if applicable) in the original
- Your original driving license (with visible date of issue)
