Description
As a Depot Manager at Coolblue, you will take on responsibility, lead a team, and ensure that our customers receive their deliveries on time.
Your main tasks will include:
- Supporting the setup of our depot
- Assisting team leaders in managing teams of drivers
- Ensuring KPIs such as customer satisfaction, error-free deliveries, and additional sales are met
- Leading projects to make your depot more efficient and customer-friendly
- Guaranteeing that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with the Coolblue promise
- Identifying early on when additional resources are needed for growth
- Ensuring compliance with work safety standards
- Occasionally playing table tennis with the team

Requirements:
- Experience as a manager in any industry
- Ability to achieve goals and work with KPIs
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to work dynamically and occasionally on Saturdays or early shifts
- Experience in last-mile delivery or lean methods is desirable but not essential
