Description
IQVIA eCOA Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our growing team, providing project oversight for life sciences projects in a remote setting, aligned with the East Coast time zone.
The successful candidate will manage eCOA logistics study implementation and delivery through closeout activities, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure timely completion of inventory, mobile device management, and global shipping tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project budgets, including hours allocated and potential change orders
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the broader clinical team to capture project device logistics scope and set delivery expectations with key stakeholders
- Developing and tracking project-specific deployment plans
- Interacting professionally with cross-functional teams and sponsors
- Assessing project risks and specifying contingencies while ensuring adherence to IQVIA quality processes
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in clinical project delivery or the life sciences industry
- Experience within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel
