Description
As a Team Leader in our food services team at Asda, you'll take the lead in one of our branded outlets,Greggs, Subway, or Burger King,supporting your team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service.
You'll be hands-on in the operation, making sure everything runs smoothly and that your team is confident, capable, and customer focused.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily routines and ensuring food safety and brand standards are consistently met
- Supporting new starters and helping your team succeed
- Prepping food, managing queues, and solving problems
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working in a food service or hospitality environment
- A willingness to take on responsibility and support others
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
