Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Jessup, Maryland, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our live entertainment shows. You will work in our 185,000 SF warehouse, focusing on receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Adhere to prescribed safety regulations
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory with high accuracy
- Pick, pack, and ship show orders and internet sales orders using various equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand-held RF units
- Unload import containers and trailers, checking and counting freight against purchase order specifications
- Ensure a safe work environment by maintaining your work area and equipment
- Utilize power tools and equipment as needed
- Perform additional duties as required by your supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not necessary
- Dependability, self-motivation, and organizational skills are essential
- Ability to frequently walk, bend, stoop, squat, push, and pull
- Experience with hand-held RF units and Warehouse Management systems is advantageous
- Teamwork and adaptability to learn multiple functions within the warehouse are important
The starting pay for this role is $19.00/hr.
