Hersham Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive and dynamic team for 4-6 sessions per week.
The successful candidate will provide face-to-face, telephone and online consultations for patients, assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, prescribe medication safely and appropriately, request, review and action investigations, test results and clinical correspondence, make appropriate referrals to secondary care and other healthcare services, maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, provide preventative healthcare, health promotion and chronic disease management, support the practice in achieving QOF targets and maintaining high clinical standards, identify and report safeguarding concerns, clinical incidents and significant events, work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care, and maintain professional registration, continuing professional development and compliance with GMC standards.
Our experienced clinical team includes 5 GP Partners, an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner, First Contact Physiotherapist, Practice Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians, HCAs and a Social Prescriber, alongside excellent wider MDT support and a Paramedic Home Visiting Service. We are a teaching and training practice and a clinical learning environment, supporting Medical Students and GP Registrars.
The salary will depend on experience.
