Key responsibilities include:
- Executing visual standards and promotional signage to drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor
- Leveraging store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs
- Maintaining product availability and a full sales floor
- Setting visual presentations and merchandising guides
- Supporting guest services, including order pickup and Drive-up
- Working in a safe and compliant manner
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and scan merchandise
