Description
We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at Nashoba in Littleton, MA. As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing HVAC equipment according to manufacturer's specifications, designing and fabricating ducts and duct fittings, and mentoring an apprentice.

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
- Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings
- Receive, verify, and load equipment and materials for each job
- Establish effective working relationships with coworkers and superiors
- Complete all required paperwork for each job
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
- Provide high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Mentor an apprentice to become a contributor to the Nashoba team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to be flexible in work schedule
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Own hand and power tools
