Description
We are seeking a Principal Engineer - Drainage to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day project management in the delivery of concept studies, detailed design, and construction drawings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects to ensure they are delivered to budget, program, and technical standards, meeting QA, CDM, Sustainability, and HSE requirements.
- Providing direct line management, mentoring, and guidance to early career professionals.
- Maintaining a positive working environment within the team.
- Liaising with UK offices, preparing fee proposals, and controlling project finances.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience in drainage design on infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of relevant design codes such as Water UK Sewerage Sector Guidance and Design Manual for Roads & Bridges.
- Experience with software including Micro Drainage, Info Drainage, and Civils 3D.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
