Description
We are seeking a Lead Engineer to join our Product Engineering team at Target's Bengaluru office. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing scalable architecture, hands-on development, planning and delivering work, promoting a learning culture, ensuring product observability, security, and articulating technical strategy.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software design and development
- 5+ years focused on building scalable backend applications
- Expertise in JVM-based technologies, specifically Java and Kotlin
- Experience with microservices architecture, messaging systems, databases, CI/CD, unit and integration testing, cloud services, containerization, and monitoring & observability
