Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our highly skilled, friendly and welcoming ward team on the bank at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital.
The hospital features 44 private en-suite patient rooms, providing a comfortable and private setting for recovery, alongside six operating theatres, including three laminar flow orthopaedic theatres for orthopaedic procedures.
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assist in the delivery of care to meet the individual's health and wellbeing needs, provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information, and promote best practice in health and safety and security.
To be considered for this role, you will be a Registered Nurse with experience of working in an acute environment, competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration. A surgical background is essential, and you must be competent in dealing with post-op patients. Orthopaedic ward experience is strongly preferred.
Working hours will be days, nights, and weekends, between 07:00-19:30 and 19:00-07:30.
