This is a fixed-term seasonal contract ending on 26 December 2026, with the possibility of an extension subject to business needs.
Shifts may be scheduled across Monday to Sunday and can include a combination of core daytime, evening and weekend hours. Flexibility is essential, as working patterns will vary in line with customer demand and business needs throughout the festive season.
Your job purpose is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by serving and selling in store and through all digital channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating an exceptional customer experience by proactively serving customers and role modelling service behaviours
- Prioritising customers before tasks
- Delivering an inspiring shopping environment through excellent product presentation and availability
- Selling confidently to customers using product knowledge
- Actively taking part in store events to achieve selling targets
- Understanding store business priorities and contributing to improving store performance
- Following safe and legal working practices
- Adapting and working flexibly across the store to meet customer and business needs
- Owning personal development and sharing knowledge with colleagues
