Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.
You'll work part-time, with shifts on: Tuesdays: 12:00-16:00, 08:00-12:00 Wednesdays: 12:00-16:00, 08:00-12:00 Thursdays: 12:00-16:00, 08:00-12:00 Fridays: 12:00-16:00, 08:00-12:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll:
- Deliver five-star service at pace, and thrive under pressure
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands, and work across various areas of the store
