Description
We are seeking a Sterile Services Technician to join our team at Ramsay Sterile Services East Midlands in Kettering. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.
As a Sterile Services Technician, you will be responsible for performing the full decontamination cycle on re-usable medical devices (surgical instruments) to the highest of standards, in line with all Ramsay policies and procedures. You will also participate fully in quality control processes, ensuring procedures and documentation are completed accurately at all times.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience as a Decontamination Technician within a healthcare setting
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Good computer skills (MS Office package)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Demonstrated customer service skills
