The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing business innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement business innovation and best practices.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
- Manage end-to-end project management and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in operations management.
- Skills: Business Innovation, Communication, Consumer Services, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, End-to-End Project Management, General Operations Management, Proactive Management, Problem Solving, Professional Collaboration, Public Speaking, Reporting and Analysis, Workload Prioritisation.
- Certification: Certified Operations Manager (COM).
Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
