SBN - Housekeeping Supervisor - SBI

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on board. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all suites, adjoining areas, public rooms, and crew areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Executive Housekeeper and will be responsible for:

• Conducting regular and irregular inspections of the housekeeping workplace
• Developing and delivering housekeeping training sessions to new hires
• Upholding all company policies and procedures
• Ensuring that all guest suites are cleaned and set up to company standards
• Maintaining a well-stocked and organized housekeeping locker
• Replenishing and maintaining the flower program on board
• Compiling necessary name lists, special requests, and schedules prior to embarkation
• Participating in the safety organization according to the Emergency plan and station Bill

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be required to:

• Be familiar with and execute the Seabourn HESS-MS program
• Attend training sessions as directed
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform tasks associated with the job

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong command of the English language
• At least two years of experience as a Stewardess or Bedroom Attendant in a busy 4 or 5-star hotel
• Ship experience is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team-focused environment
• Ability to motivate a team
