We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Team Member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales.
Job Details Starting Hourly Rate: $15.50 USD per hour Temporary additional $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked (effective 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming shopping experience
- Maintain store appearance, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and processing transactions
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
