Description
As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of a dynamic brand and product ambassador program. Your main goal will be to drive the brand image and product understanding on your university campus and in your region.
Responsibilities:
- Be a Brand and Product Ambassador: Represent the Red Bull brand in a premium way, grow the user base through product sampling, and build an insight-driven plan to engage and excite students.
- Be a Sales Expert: Build relationships with local sales account managers, collaborate with sales to open new distribution points, and ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.
- Executional Excellence: Deliver executional excellence, maintain and upkeep Student Marketeer tools, and plan and report activities via the dedicated online platform.
Requirements:
- A second or third-year MSA University student.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people.
- Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region.
- Encompass a creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Ability to manage part-time work and studies, and ideally available to work some evenings and weekends.
- An affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales.
- Connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals on campus.
- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
- Must have a valid driving license.
