Description
We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team at Van Cleef & Arpels.
As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for managing events across the Asia Pacific region, including Timepieces, Dance, and Cultural-related events.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of events
- Monitoring and analyzing event performance
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the APA markets' landscape
- Collaborating with HQ and local market event teams
- Conducting regular meetings with markets to align priorities
- Managing monthly updates of the event calendar
- Sharing best practices and compiling quarterly event reports
You will be reporting to the Senior Regional PR & Events Manager, Asia Pacific.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have solid professional experience in luxury event management, with a passion for creating exceptional event experiences and a strategic mindset.
You will also need to possess strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to seamlessly align and collaborate with diverse regional partners.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
