We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 121 Louis Henna Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78664-7307.
Starting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour
Our seasonal roles offer opportunities to gain experience in various areas, including:
- Guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture
- Retail business fundamentals, such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
- Executing daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing exceptional guest service and welcoming guests
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely
- Flexible work scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and following multi-step processes
