We are seeking a Group Manager (People Lead) for our Stockholm unit within Contaminated Areas. As a leading environmental consultant in Sweden, WSP offers a wide range of services including investigations and remediation of contaminated sites.
The successful candidate will lead a group of employees in Stockholm, contribute to business development, and participate in client assignments. The role involves personnel responsibility, ensuring competence supply, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and engaging in sales and tender activities.
Key qualifications include:
- At least 7 years of experience in roles related to contaminated areas
- Relevant natural science education
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Swedish and English
