Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing handcrafted beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and helpful guest experience, greeting customers and resolving issues promptly
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, adhering to Starbucks standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the dining area and equipment
- Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items, ensuring food safety and quality control
- Execute food and beverage processes, including replenishment, inventory management, and promotional signage
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Adapt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, resolving guest queries promptly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise, climb ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment
