Description
As an Express Store Manager in one of Asda's Express stores, you will lead a small team to drive sales, set standards, and deliver Key Results Areas (KRAs).
You will be responsible for maintaining morale, creating an operational environment that encourages customer loyalty, supporting Asda's pricing strategy, and controlling costs.
The role involves working on a rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights.
To succeed, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to change, and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
