Customer Sales Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a fantastic beauty advisor experience for each client.
- Engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide tailored sales advice.
- Use verbal skills to stimulate conversations, generate sales, and build lasting relationships.
- Be a brand expert, answering customer questions with detailed product knowledge.
Operational
- Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and proper application.
- Participate in company sales programs, events, and promotions to drive business results.
- Create and maintain visually appealing product displays, end caps, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and hygienic beauty zone.
Training & Personal Growth and Development
- Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training and ongoing educational programs.
- Execute the established sales plan, meeting sales budgets and tracking progress.
- Participate in sales training meetings, conference calls, and product launches.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, move, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach objects.
- Manual dexterity for tasks like ear piercing.
Required Qualifications
- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours.
- Ability to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
