As a Social Data Analyst, you’ll help shape the future of social by turning data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives and community managers to uncover opportunities, measure impact and continuously optimise our work.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analysing paid and organic social performance across multiple clients and platforms;
- Translating complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations;
- Building and maintaining reporting dashboards and performance frameworks;
- Conducting social audits and competitive analyses to support new business pitches;
- Identifying audience, platform and content trends that can strengthen client strategies;
- Partnering with strategists and creatives to optimise content based on performance insights;
- Defining and monitoring the KPIs that truly matter for each client;
- Supporting quarterly business reviews and client presentations with data-driven storytelling;
- Continuously improving how we measure social success across DEPT®.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in social analytics, digital analytics or performance marketing;
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their metrics;
- Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau;
- Comfortable working with platform analytics and social listening tools;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into compelling stories;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Located and directly available to start working from our offices in the Netherlands;
- Full working proficiency in Dutch and English.
