Physical Therapist Assistant

Aspirus Ironwood Hospital in Ironwood, MI is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Physical Therapy team.

The Physical Therapist Assistant carries outpatient treatment procedures for pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients under the guidance and general supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients of various ages and conditions
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist

Requirements

• Associate Degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current CPR certification
• Current Michigan PTA license
• 1-3 years' experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant desirable
