Description
We are seeking Van Drivers to support our operations at our Motherwell Regional Service Centre. As a Van Driver, you will play a critical role in our distribution operation, transporting stock to our distribution centres, third-party suppliers, and retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting stock to distribution centres, third-party suppliers, and retail stores
- Adopting a 'Safety First' mindset, prioritizing your safety, the public's safety, and your colleagues' safety
- Checking your vehicle daily and ensuring it is kept clean and tidy
- Working 35 hours per week, including weekends, with shifts starting at 06:00
Requirements:
- Good team ethic and customer service skills
- Accountability and responsibility for your vehicle and van load
- Maximum of 6 points on your license
- Computer literacy

Training and Support:
- 2 days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC)
- Ongoing support from a Manager and the DDC
