Description
We are seeking a Business Engineer for a temporary position at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB, a leading electricity network company in Sweden. As a Business Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our ability to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, handling initial phases of new connection requests, and acting as a link between customers and our organization.
Your main tasks will include:
- Acting as a key account manager for a customer portfolio focused on electricity network-related issues
- Representing customer needs in connection cases from start to finish
- Handling commercial issues with customers
- Building long-term relationships by acting as an advisor in customer dialogue
- Actively participating in development projects and contributing to new ways of working
- Collaborating cross-functionally internally and externally for optimal results

Requirements:
- University-educated engineer or economist
- Experience working in infrastructure, preferably related to electricity networks or adjacent industries
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
- Comfortable representing in internal and external contexts
- Understanding of technical systems and experience with cost calculations
- Experience working with solar/wind power or energy storage is meritorious
