Description
We are seeking a Group Manager to lead and build up a new group within Vattenfall Power Solutions, focusing on hydro power and technical expertise.
As a Group Manager, you will play a central role in:
- Building, developing, and scaling up the group according to business needs
- Actively establishing and developing long-term collaborations with partners and customers
- Leading, developing, and engaging employees within the group
- Ensuring the right competence, good work environment, and goal achievement
The group is expected to consist of around 15 employees in the future.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way
- Documented experience of leadership or management in a technical organization, such as energy, process, or industry
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Driver's license B
Merits:
