Join CVS Health as a Beauty Sales Consultant, providing top-notch customer experiences in the beauty zone.
As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will:
- Offer personalized sales service, upselling and suggestive selling to build lasting relationships with customers
- Share the latest beauty trends and techniques through extensive industry knowledge
- Be the brand expert, answering customer questions in detail with product knowledge to produce the largest sales basket possible
- Participate in and represent company sales programs or events that positively impact business
- Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and other beauty-specific promotional materials
- Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training with ongoing training/educational programs
Requirements:
- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours, and "Peak" Hours
- Must be at least 18 years old
- In specific CVS stores, bilingual beauty advisors that can speak to customers in both English and Spanish are required

Pay Range: $20.42 - $29.42 per hour
