We are looking for a Confirmed Material Damage Claims Manager - Civil Liability (CDI) to join our TPA team based in Nanterre Prefecture (92). The position may also be located in one of our other sites: Nanterre (92), Caen (14), or Rennes (35).
As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for managing civil liability insurance claims in the large distribution sector. Your main tasks will include:
- Receiving and recording claims notifications
- Proactively handling claim files
- Providing regular follow-up and updates on cases (notifications, closures, etc.)
- Analysing supporting documents submitted in the file
- Determining responsibilities
- Communicating with stakeholders (experts, lawyers, third parties, insured parties, etc.)
- Processing insured party indemnifications
These tasks are not exhaustive and may be supplemented by other duties.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum Bac +2 level education in insurance or law
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Claims Manager, particularly in Civil Liability
Desirable skills and qualifications include:
- Mastery of common law
- Real appetite for customer relations
- Patience and active listening
- Autonomy and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literacy
- Good writing skills
- Organisation and teamwork spirit
- Knowledge of Legal Protection (PJ) is beneficial
- Understanding of bodily injury law is advantageous

The salary range for this position is 35-38K€ fixed annual gross + performance-based bonus.
