Working as a Style Consultant at Target means being part of a team that delivers an exceptional guest experience through strong operations, visual merchandising, and outstanding customer service.
The role involves driving sales, maintaining a fully stocked and organised sales floor, and providing an inspiring shopping experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Execute visual standards and promotional signage to drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor
- Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs
- Sort and process freight, locate merchandise, and maintain backroom organisation
- Set visual presentations and maintain product availability
- Support guest services, including order pickup and Drive-up
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and improve guest experience
Requirements:
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Preferred skills:
- Experience in retail or a related field
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques
Salary: $16.00 per hour
