We are seeking a Data Specialist to join our team at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in IND-BLR-Divyasree Technopolis.
Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for reciprocating queries received through chat rooms, service cloud, and emails. You will conduct detailed investigations, liaise with production teams, and gather, analyze, and apply information to existing databases.
Responsibilities
- Reciprocate queries received through chat rooms, service cloud, and emails
- Conduct detailed investigations and respond to search and explanation queries
- Liaise with production teams to resolve queries
- Gather, analyze, and apply information to existing databases
- Ensure effective communication of information relevant to own area of responsibility
- Have a detailed understanding of C2C standards and conduct audits
- Ensure quality and time-efficient production of financial information
- Respond to data queries from internal and external clients
- Facilitate problem-solving on data and product issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide root cause analysis
- Identify potential data improvements and consult with content specialists
- Effectively maintain and manage relationships with internal and external customers
Required Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of FI and Debt corax Content is desirable
- Excellent timekeeping, ability to work to deadlines, and manage under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
