Description
We are seeking a Catalog Specialist to drive Catalog adoption and ensure high-quality product data in Sweden.
This role involves working closely with local Operations teams to integrate the Catalog into daily workflows and collaborating with external vendors and global teams to advance catalog-related initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and validate product data from automation, merchants, and vendors before publication.
- Maintain high-quality standards for product data based on compliance frameworks.
- Resolve duplicate GTINs and support deduplication.
- Create and enrich entries for unlisted products.
- Ensure adherence to global attribute frameworks.
- Curate golden datasets for AI model training.
- Audit and approve automation outputs.
- Serve as the go-to expert for catalog data structure and taxonomy.
- Support local Sales and Merchant Ops in catalog updates and onboarding.
- Provide feedback to global teams on catalog tooling and automation.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- 3+ years of experience in catalog/content management or similar fields.
- High proficiency in structured data management.
- Experience with AI/ML models and QA workflows is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience working with large datasets in spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
