We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering an hourly rate of $18.00 USD.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will help families discover the joy of everyday life. Our seasonal roles offer opportunities to gain experience in retail business fundamentals, guest service, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Stock, set, and sell Target products in a fun and energetic environment
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and regular attendance necessary
