The EBBU ProdOps team at Cisco is expanding its presence in India and is seeking a motivated individual to join their team. As a Manufacture Test Development and Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying manufacture tests for Cisco's flagship Core Switching product family, specifically the C9500 and C9600. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including NPI, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to deliver manufacture test solutions and drive 6-Sigma first pass yield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy manufacture tests for new product development and lifecycle support
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver manufacture test solutions
- Drive 6-Sigma first pass yield and test equipment procurement
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure product quality and supply chain continuity
Requirements:
- BSEE, BSCE, or equivalent degree
- Minimum 5 years of manufacture test or HW validation experience
- Experience with NPI processes and manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Ethernet switching or routing products
- Experience with HW troubleshooting at PCBA level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HW or diagnostics development
- Test automation platform experience (e.g., Apollo)
- Knowledge of applied statistics, analytics, and data visualization tools with AI
- Python and C language programming experience (Python highly preferred)
- Experience working with global teams and strong interpersonal skills
