We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking) to join our team at Target.

As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs.

Your typical day will include:

Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product
Making changes to sales floor merchandise displays
Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately
Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
Supporting execution of major transitions
Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including cleaning and attending to spills
Accurately executing all fills and organizing reserve product
Processing inbound deliveries and completing backroom daily and weekly audits
Operating powered equipment to move merchandise, if certified
Maintaining backroom organization and location accuracy
Following processes accurately with attention to detail and prioritizing tasks
Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
