Description
Multimatic Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to join their team. As a Program Coordinator, you will work with Team Leads and Project Managers to identify, secure, and onboard resources for programs. You will be responsible for opening jobs in SAP, adhering to IATF standards/process flow, and scheduling internal and external program meetings. Additionally, you will generate invoice requests, identify barriers to successful program execution, and manage contracts and agreements with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with Team Leads and Project Managers to identify, secure, and onboard resources for programs
- Opening jobs in SAP
- Adhering to IATF standards/process flow and ensuring the team follows process maps
- Scheduling internal and external program meetings and tracking action items
- Generating invoice requests to ensure timely invoices
- Identifying barriers to successful program execution and escalating as needed
- Managing contracts and agreements with clients
- Interacting with Design Engineers/Fabricators/Apprentice to develop manufacturable components
- Maintaining job folders/electronic data and ensuring proper job closure
- Attending meetings as required
- Keeping supervisors informed of program issues
- Ensuring adequate communication with other program team members
- Maintaining accurate timesheets and completing them on time
- Following documented quality procedures
- Observing and enforcing company safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Participating in continuous improvement activities
- Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap
- Balancing project priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Close attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Background in GD&T an asset
- Experience working with OEM
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and schedule multiple component projects
- Basic knowledge of standard industry Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be $57,658.00 - $107,000.00.
