Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Finsbury Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store
Working hours include Sunday 15:00-19:00, Tuesday 07:00-11:00, and Friday 19:00-23:00. Please note that hours may vary, and you may be required to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
In this role, you'll earn a competitive hourly rate, with an additional £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
