Description
We are seeking a Lab Management Technician/Installer to support engineering admins in Lab Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for testbed level operations, material handling, and workflow management related to asset transfers and store keeping for all lab-related assets in GLO Labs.
Responsibilities:
- Build topologies as per given plans
- Rack and stack new equipment on racks
- De-rack and de-cable equipment
- Manage material handling and workflow related to asset transfers and store keeping
- Maintain records and generate recurring reports
- Work with related teams for material transfer processes
- Perform tasks related to various asset life cycle processes
- Engage with cross-functional teams for workflow tasks
Requirements:
- Secondary School or Graduate/Diploma
- 2-3 years of experience in a technology-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Basic Linux/Unix user knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with Juniper or other networking products is desirable
