Description
The Cyber Security Engineering Privileged Access Management team at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an experienced Senior Security Engineer to deploy, configure, and maintain PAM platforms. You will focus on onboarding, operations, automation, and integrations under established architecture and standards, with a strong emphasis on automation and reducing manual onboarding effort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support core PAM features, including account discovery/onboarding, credential rotation, policy configuration, and session management.
- Perform platform maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, DR testing, health checks, and performance monitoring, and troubleshoot incidents and service requests.
- Integrate PAM with various systems, including AD/EntraID, IDPs, ticketing/ITSM, CSPM, SIEM/SOAR, and DevOps tooling.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python, and create REST API integrations to scale onboarding and minimize manual effort.
- Produce and maintain documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, configuration baselines, and knowledge articles, and provide compliance evidence.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure consistent controls and smooth deployments across environments.
Technical Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with at least one leading PAM platform, such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or One Identity.
- Proven understanding of Windows/Linux administration, AD/EntraID, networking and database basics, TLS/PKI, and identity integrations.
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Python, and familiarity with APIs.
- Practical experience in enterprise support, including troubleshooting, change management, and documenting fixes/runbooks.
