1Password is growing and seeking a Senior Director, Product Security to lead and mature its Product Security function. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of progressive experience in security, with at least 5+ years leading security teams/programs at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Application Security: oversee SDLC program
- Data and Device Security: ensure secure solutions that meet customer needs
- Privacy Engineering: build systems and controls for high privacy standards
- Security Research: conduct credible and novel research and publications
Requirements:
- 9+ years of progressive experience in security
- 5+ years leading security teams/programs at scale
- Deep expertise in Application Security, Privacy, and Secure SDLC programs
- Experience overseeing Security Research activities
- Strong track record of embedding security and privacy into engineering processes
- Proven experience leading security teams in high-growth technology or security-focused companies

Salary:
- USA-based roles: $272,000 - $408,000 USD per year
- Canada-based roles: $254,000 - $381,000 CAD per year
