Description
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at CVS Health. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to our patients and customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for ensuring that all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions
- Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations
- Demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to your State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Requirements:

Physical Demands:
- Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks
- Picking, pinching, typing, or otherwise working primarily with fingers

- Stooping to a considerable degree
- Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken word
- Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels
- Visual acuity
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- PTCB National Certification
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
