Description
We are looking for a Senior IBP techno functional architect who will lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of our supply chain planning solutions, including Forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and available to promise.
You will work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to align IT strategy with business goals and deliver innovative, scalable, secure, integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the IT roadmap for supply chain planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities.
- Design, create, and maintain Enterprise planning roadmaps covering current and future state solutions.
- Lead the implementation of supply chain planning programs with Integrated Business Planner (IBP) as the core platform.
- Design integration strategies, data maps, and minimize data footprints across the landscape.
- Manage the integration of SAP IBP with other systems and applications.
- Oversee the maintenance, support, and enhancement of existing supply chain planning systems and applications.
- Conduct product assessments, evaluations, and reviews.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Extensive domain knowledge of supply chain planning with deep technical expertise and strong knowledge of architecture frameworks.
- Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in a techno-functional leadership role and comprehensive understanding of AI tools/solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale and complex cross-function IT projects.
- Extensive experience with SAP IBP, including architecture, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, and other SAP modules and applications related to supply chain planning.
- Knowledge of AI models specific to planning along with deployment expertise.
Pay & Benefits:
- The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually.
