Description
As the Senior Manager, Financial Partnerships APAC, you will be responsible for building, evaluating and managing Airwallex's key financial partnerships with banks across APAC.
You will play a critical role in the Financial Partnerships team by scoping, establishing, negotiating, implementing, and operationalising complex partnership engagements.
You will also contribute to M&A activities that will have a material impact on the business by providing access to regulatory licenses in new geographies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the payments industry, preferably having managed partnerships with Financial Institutions including banks, schemes, payment methods, as well as other fintechs in the ecosystem.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in fintech / technology or top-tier management strategy/management consulting
- Experience in commercial negotiation and partnership sourcing and management
- Excellent written, verbal and in-person communication skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and thrives under pressure
