As a Telephonic Registered Nurse (RN), you will work from home and be part of a specialized team on the cutting edge of patient care. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide a meaningful patient experience, using your critical thinking skills to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for multiple disease state patients.

In this role, you will have a profound effect on the lives of patients and caregivers via each outbound call, providing education and support for their new medication. You will need to have excellent written and verbal customer service skills, as well as advanced computer skills to interact with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care via telephone, developing and implementing comprehensive plans of care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support defined patient populations
• Educate patients on medication adherence and disease state training
• Use critical thinking skills to evaluate patient care plans

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in the state of residence, with multi-state/compact privileges
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Based in TX or AZ

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Telephonic Nursing experience
• EPIC systems experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Licensure in multiple states preferred

Shift and Hours

• Monday to Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm (CST)
• Full-time hourly position

Pay Range

• $29.10 - $62.32 per hour
