Description
We are seeking an Associate, Investment Management to partner with senior investment professionals to drive the direct investment process. You will perform company and industry due diligence, financial modeling, and other quantitative and qualitative analyses as part of the investment team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities
- Monitor and manage existing portfolio companies over the investment period
- Drive value creation initiatives and evaluate exit options
- Support senior members of the team in developing and maintaining product marketing and client content
- Support fundraising efforts by delivering relevant materials and thought leadership
- Complete prepared materials and speaking notes for senior leadership
- Lead client diligence for a global set of clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or a related field
- 36 months of experience in a job offered or closely related role
- Three years of experience with ESG and sustainability frameworks, financial modeling skills, company and industry due diligence, unit economics, cohort analysis, and business model evaluation
- One year of experience in investment experience in one or more private market classes, including Private Equity, Private Credit, or Real Assets
- Experience coordinating transaction advisors and strong project management abilities across workstreams
- Proficiency in technologies including PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, eFront, and Smartsheets
