Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor at CVS Health, you'll be a key leader supporting the store management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

Essential Functions:

• Management:
• Work effectively with store management and store crews
• Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews

• Customer Service:
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture
• Handle customer relations issues according to company policy
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality

• Merchandise/Presentation:
• Price merchandise
• Stock shelves
• Execute displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Reset departments following planograms

Required Qualifications:

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and to respond to urgent issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a retail supervisor

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Anticipated Weekly Hours:

• 40

Pay Range:

• $16.50 - $24.00
