We are seeking a skilled Market Street Butcher to join our team in Wokingham.
As a Market Street Butcher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality British meat to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing primals, cutting and presenting meat to company specifications, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, highlighting our fresh products and preparing custom cuts for in-store and online shoppers.
- Cut, bone, steak, dice, mince, season, and wrap meat primals to exact company specifications using specialist equipment.
- Maintain vibrant displays, keeping fresh meat counters and pre-packaged displays well-stocked, fresh, and attractive throughout the trading day.
- Work safely with specialist tools, upholding strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:
- Experienced in cutting, boning, and preparing different meats to a high standard.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident using butchery equipment safely.
- Friendly, approachable, and always happy to use your initiative to support customers and answer product queries.
